If you’ve already received your absentee ballot for the August 4th primary election, you’re encouraged to fill it out, and get it back to your local clerk’s office.
With three weeks to go before the primary election, the number of absentee ballots sent to voters has reached over 1.6 million voters, and is growing.
Over 300,000 ballots have also been returned, which is more than double the amount for the same election in 2016.
Michiganders can also register to vote through election day, in person at your local clerk’s office.
If you’re already registered to vote, you can vote now until the day before the election at your clerk’s office.
When election day comes, you must vote at your local polling place.
