Local Gas Prices Fall

Gasoline prices in our region fell by about six cents per gallon last week. AAA-Michigan reports that the average cost of a gallon of unleaded in Marquette was $2.70 at week’s end, compared with $2.76 a week earlier. That’s 17 cents per gallon less than the price a month ago, and 28 cents per gallon less than a year ago. The statewide average in $2.85 per gallon. See full statewide results here.
