A L’Anse business owner is in custody after being arrested Monday by detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team.
Detectives executed a search warrant at the Superior Relief Provision Center, located on US-41 in L’Anse.
The business owner was arrested on three counts for delivery of marijuana.
The suspect, whose name will not be released until after arraignment, is currently lodged in the Baraga County Jail.
UPSET detectives were assisted by troopers from the Michigan State Police Calumet Post and the Hometown Security Team.
