L'Anse Area Schools Bomb Threat Investigated

L’Anse Area Schools were on high alert Wednesday because of a bomb threat.

According to the L’Anse Police Department, officers were dispatched to the high school just before 8:30am after a written bomb threat was found in a student bathroom.

Officers and school officials found nothing out of the ordinary after they searched the building for any suspicious items.

The investigation into the person or persons responsible for the threat remains ongoing.
