The Keweenaw Family Resource Center will hold its first dad café of 2024 tomorrow. Late last year, KFRC introduced the Dad café to the community. Offering a space for fathers to meet, talk about parenting styles, or engage with other parents in the community. Dad Cafés in the Keweenaw Peninsula are fun and engaging opportunities for dads to connect with other father figures in the Keweenaw Peninsula while discussing topics focused on raising children. Including conversations related to promoting healthy outcomes. All dads in the Copper Country are welcome to attend the free dad café with the Keweenaw Family Resource Center. Tomorrow evening’s event will include dinner for those in attendance, childcare, and a prize drawing. Dad café will start tomorrow at 5:30 pm and will take place in the CLK School Commons, at 57070 Mine Street in Calumet. Dads with questions about the café can contact KFRC at 906 482 9363 for more information.
