Finding fun and safe spaces for kids outside of school can be hard. But Kaleidoscope helps make the task easy on parents. With the new school year underway across the Copper Country, Kaleidoscope’s after-school classes and programs will start soon. The educational nonprofit works throughout the year with students in home school programs operates after-school clubs for area youth, and hosts special events in Hacock and L’Anse during the school year. Including today’s Roald Dahl Days in L’Anse. Kaleidoscope’s Hancock after-school clubs include Tae Kwon Do, Theater, Lego Club, and Teen Night. While in L’Anse the group hosts the Lego club, Club Teen Night, a lost skills program, and a self-defense course. After school programs do charge a semester or full-year fee.
