Gas Prices are up slightly this week across Michigan after two weeks of decline.

A AAA Michigan survey shows about a penny per gallon increase, compared with last week, while GasBuddy.com posts the increase at 3.9 cents higher.
Both cite a statewide average of $2.35 per gallon.

GasBuddy.com says the national average has fallen 5.2 cents per gallon, to $2.20 per gallon this week, and is 83.9 cents per gallon lower than one year ago.

Cities surveyed by Triple-A for self-serve unleaded show the lowest average price can be found in the Marquette area, where it’s about $2.29 per gallon. The highest average price can be found in the Ann Arbor and Jackson areas, where it’s about $2.38 a gallon.
