Gas Prices Continue Trend

Gas prices dropped about 13 cents from last week, AAA Michigan reports. 
Michigan’s current statewide average is about $3.27 per gallon, down about 13 cents from last week and about 7 cents less than this same time last year. 
Metro Detroit gas prices dropped about 10 cents. The current average is about $3.31 per gallon, down about 10 cents from last week and about 5 cents less than this same time last year. 
Of the cities surveyed by AAA Michigan, the cheapest price for self-serve unleaded fuel can be found in the Grand Rapids-Muskegon-Holland area, where it’s about $3.14 a gallon. 
The highest average is in the Marquette area at about $3.49 a gallon.
