Gas Price Continue To Drop

Gas prices are down another nine cents across Michigan over the past week.

AAA Michigan says the statewide average is now $2.26 per gallon.

That’s 60 cents lower than this time last year, and the fourth straight week of declining prices.

Of the Michigan areas that the auto club surveys, the lowest average price is in Benton Harbor at about $2.13.

The highest average price is close to $2.40 a gallon around Marquette.
