Ford to Make Donation to MTU

Later this morning, Ford Motor Company will be presenting a check to Michigan Tech that will be used to help support the Women in Engineering program. Cynthia Hodges, an MTU grad and a WIE alumna, will present a $10,000 check at a ceremony in the McAllister Welcome Center at 11 o’clock. Each summer, Women in Engineering brings approximately 150 high school girls to the Michigan Tech campus for a week-long program participate in classes and activities related to engineering careers.
