The public got its first look Saturday at the all-new 2015 F-150 pickup truck from Ford Motor Company during the public opening of the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. F-150 Marketing Manager, Eric Peterson, says the newly-designed truck features an aluminum body that is 700 pounds lighter than previous versions, a 360-degree camera enabling the driver to see all the way around the truck, and charging stations in the cab so workers can charge tools. Peterson says the changes were the result of consumer demand. The truck is slated to go into production in the fourth quarter of 2014 and should be in the showroom by the end of the year. The North American International Auto Show runs through Sunday, January 26th.
