Finlandia University Alumni Raise Over $50,000 During Giving Tuesday

Finlandia University’s alumni turned out to support their alma mater this past Giving Tuesday. The university’s Giving Tuesday campaign helps the institution continue focusing on providing education to their students, many of whom receive some amount of financial aid. This year the school’s alumni added over 50,000 dollars to the school’s scholarship pool. The largest donation to the university this year included an anonymous 10,000 dollar contribution to kick off the campaign. In total the 2022 Giving Tuesday donations to the university came to 52,356 dollars. Finlandia University’s Giving Tuesday has completed six years of fundraising, and has raised over 150,000 dollars for their scholarship programs during the past four years.
