Two Ironwood residents are facing a number of felony drug charges after a lengthy investigation by the Gogebic Iron Area Narcotics Team. 31-year-old Joshua Anderson and 23-year-old Alyssa Pollard were arrested Friday at a residence at 137 West Ridge Street in Ironwood. They are each charged with delivery/manufacture of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school or library, delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1,2, or 3 substance–except marijuana, and maintaining a drug house. Anderson is also charged with delivery/manufacture of 5-45 kilograms of marijuana. G.I.A.N.T. officials say the incident is still under investigation and additional charges are probable. Anderson and Pollard’s bond is set at $60,000 each.
