Drug Case Against Ontonagon County Man Headed To Trial

A Mass City man accused of delivery of multiple drugs will head to trial next month.

29-year-old Clinton Roberts is one of six suspects in the western U.P. who were arrested on various drug charges January 8th. Roberts did not enter a plea at his final pretrial and plea motions hearing in Ontonagon County Circuit Court, so a three–day trial before a jury will commence May 6th.

He is charged with one count of delivery of a controlled substance (clonazepam) and three counts of delivery of marijuana.
