Bush, Clinton Have Differing Views of Gov. Snyder's Handling of the Flint Water Crisis

A pair of presidential candidates have differing views of how Governor Rick Snyder has handled the Flint water crisis.

GOP candidate Jeb Bush admires how Snyder has handled things and doesn’t think the governor should resign.

Instead, Bush says Snyder should keep doing what he’s doing.

Bush made the statements during an interview on ABC’s “This Week.”

Democrat Hillary Clinton, on the hand, stepped up her criticism of Snyder during an appearance at a predominately black church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

She told the congregation Flint’s water crisis is not just an environmental issue but a civil rights issue too.

Clinton contends if the same problem happened in a rich Detroit suburb, then the governor would have responded quicker.
