Budget Vote Expected Soon

Lawmakers in the Michigan House and Senate could vote as soon as next week on a state budget.

The State Department of Health and Human Services looks to take the biggest hit having $3.2 million cut from its budget, which will force the agency to close dozens of facilities.

The Pure Michigan campaign, on the other hand, is going to get more money than last year.

There was talk that funding for it was in jeopardy.
