Gas prices should continue to steadily decline over the next few weeks now that BP’s Whiting, Indiana refinery is back up to full strength.
Patrick DeHaan of Gas Buddy-dot-com says gas prices have already dropped 25-cents a gallon over the last week.
He says prices could drop another 25-cents to 50-cents a gallon over the next few weeks.
DeHaan says that initial dip was in response to rumors the Whiting refinery would come back online soon.
And now that it is back gas prices should continue their decline.
