Best Colleges in the U.S.

Sixteen colleges and universities in Michigan are on Money magazine’s annual list of the best colleges in the country, with Michigan Tech ranking 82nd nationally. The publication bases the rankings on graduation rates, cost of a degree and return on investment. For private schools, Holland’s Hope College and Calvin College in Grand Rapids ranked the highest from Michigan. Along with MTU on the public universities list were the University of Michigan at 22 and Michigan State at 122.
