Bells for Hospice

November is National Hospice Month and today, U.P. Health System Portage Hospice is honoring hospice patients with their annual Bells for Hospice event this afternoon at 2 o’clock at their main campus in Hancock. Pastor David Weber from St. Peter and Paul Lutheran Church in Houghton will be performing a song he wrote to honor a parishioner. The Bells on the Bay Handbell Choir will perform and assist with the ringing of a single bell following the reading of each name.
