The Ewen man accused of robbing a homeowner at gunpoint has been arraigned in Ontonagon County District Court. 20-year-old Clinton Paulick is facing four charges: one count each of attempted armed robbery, first degree home invasion, and larceny of weapons, and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. Michigan State Police from the Wakefield Post say they were called to the scene of a felonious assault just after 4 p.m. on Tuesday. They were told that Paulick had entered a home and held the homeowner at gunpoint, demanding money. When the suspect failed to obtain any money, he fled. Troopers located and arrested him without incident. Paulick is currently being in held in the Ontonagn County Jail on a $1 million bond. His next court appearance has not been scheduled yet.
