Applications closing to join the 48th Annual Poor Artists Sale

For close to fifty years the Copper Country Community Arts Council has provided space for regional artists to share their talents.

In December the CCCAC will host the 48th annual Poor Artists Sale in Calumet. The program and event offer space for artists to sell handcrafted pottery and items, paintings, artisans crafts, photography, and more. The event has many people stop through while holiday shopping for gifts. Picking out unique items from one-of-a-kind creators.

All art sold at the Poor Artists sale must be original works, and artists can work in a variety of mediums. Booths provided at the sale feature 10 by 10 feet of space. Artists will need to bring tables, chairs, power cables if electricity is needed, and materials.

Set up will take place the day before the sale. Cancellations must be completed by November 15th.

The Copper Country Community Arts Council will not accept applications after today.
