It was another successful Strawberry Festival for the Chassell Lions this past weekend. The Crane Berry Farm was the winner of the Strawberry sweepstakes and Dan Crane says this year’s crops were very good despite the weather conditions.
Shawnia Taisto was crowned as this year’s Strawberry Queen and she says she is very honored to receive the title.
Jacob Colling won the first ever Lions 5K Fun Run on Saturday with a time of 19 minutes and 22 seconds.
