Huskies will play and have fun in the snow all night tonight. Or at least what’s left. Tonight winter carnival starts back up with students putting the final touches on their all-month snow statues. As well as groups collecting any signs of snow on the ground to build their all-nighter statues.
“Every year, I see families walking through, and the kids are just in awe at what our tech students can pull off with these snow statues. I’ve seen them at our events like Stage Review or Royalty, and they’re laughing, and having a good time. And it’s an amazing experience to see our community come together and celebrate these winters we have.” – Joe Dlugos, President, Blue Key Honor Society
Carnival will have karaoke planned to take the stage at 8 pm tonight. Broom ball events will begin at 7 with the skills tournament. Then they all start games beginning at 9 pm. Students and festival goers can also stop by the Guardians of the North ROTC pancake dinner or grab a bowl of chili near the library with alumni.
