Western UP Health Department teaming with National Guard

Antigen community testing clinics have been added over the month of November thanks to a partnership between the Western Upper Peninsula Health Department and the Michigan National Guard.

Four of those dates will occur in the Copper Country; at the Ontonagon Village Hall starting today and each Wednesday through the 17th, and in Hancock on the 18th only. The Ontonagon clinics run 10 AM to 5 PM, with Hancock’s scheduled for 8 AM to 6 PM.

Moderna and J&J vaccines will also be available for those who are interested. You must bring photo identification, but proof of insurance or a prescription are not required. Walk-ins are welcome.
