Village of Calumet has New Boss

A new boss will enter the office for the Village of Calumet very soon. Last night at the village’s council meeting members would first discuss the terms of the new contract for the incoming manager. Those terms will look similar to the previous village manager. Councilor Elise Matz had this to say of Amber Goodman,

and Kelly Beattie.

All council members were in agreement that both felt qualified for the position, even with the different forms of experience. The position of Village Manager will be extended to Amber Goodman. Goodman currently serves as an Administrative Assistant with Portage Pointe. Contract negotiations will start over the next few days if the offer is accepted.
