TRIO Intends to Move Forward with Already Scheduled Programs

TRIO Programs is saddened by the recent announcement that their host institution will close after May. The TRIO pre-college program plans to continue its services for students. The program organizer does still plan to move forward with already scheduled trips, study labs, cultural events, and more throughout the rest of the year. Current TRIO seniors who were planning to attend Finlandia University in the fall semester should contact their program representative for assistance in the search for a new institution. Many colleges and universities are still accepting applications for the upcoming fall semester. And many others are willing to work with students in these sorts of situations. TRIO is in the process of meeting with local institutions to identify a new host for their programs in the future.  We hope to bring you more as this story develops.
