The Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center Receives Recognition from the U.S. Health Services & Resource Administration

The Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center has deserved special recognition. The organization was recently awarded Gold Badge as a Health Center Quality Leader from the U.S. Health Services and Resource Administration. The Community Health Quality Recognition badges note facilities that have achieved the highest level of service in areas of access, quality, health equity, health information technology, and covid – 19 response. These awards recognize the highest quality health centers in the country and are and outstanding achievement. The Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center also received awards for advancing health information technology quality, addressing social risk factors, and achieving patient-centered home medical recognition.
