The Keweenaw Learning Center Introduces Two New After School Tutoring Programs

The Keweenaw Learning Center has introduced a new after school program to help students with academics. Starting this fall, the organization will offer tutoring and homework help for area students grades 6 through 10. The after school program will go from 3:45 pm to 6 pm each school day. Certified teachers will assist and focus on helping students catch up to their grade level. Plus teach essential studying skills. Parents will have two program to choose from for their student. The tutoring focus will consist of two 30 minute one on one sessions each week. The homework focused program will supervise students in a study hall environment.
