Michigan Tech is full of future leaders who start their budding careers being involved on campus. Annually the university seeks to recognize those students and organizations that have become campus leaders in the past year. Student Leadership and Involvement will begin seeking nominations for the 30th annual Student Leadership Awards later in the semester. Nominations for the President’s Award for Leadership, Dean of Students Award for Possibilities, and several other awards will remain open until March 10th. The student leadership awards will also recognize the work on campus completed by different student organizations with the Exceptional Civil Engagement Award, Most Improved Student Organization, Student Organization of the Year, and Exceptional Program of the Year. Those interested in learning about the individual awards can find more information here.
