The Chassell Lions Club is proudly hosting the 75th annual Copper Country Strawberry Festival this year. As with every year, there will be the cleaning of the strawberries taking place the evening before the festival.
Bring a bowl, a knife, and your friends and family to help out. Local berries are washed and delivered right to your table where you will cap and slice them to prepare them for shortcake.
The event is free, and starts at 5pm tomorrow evening (July 6).
You are welcome to show up earlier, as set up begins at 4pm.
