The Copper Country Great Start Collaborative and Family Coalition will host a family friendly fun event to help their work on improving early childhood outcomes in the Baraga, Houghton, and Keweenaw counties.
The Baraga County Spring Fling is a resource fair that will bring over a dozen local community organizations to the campus gym at Keweenaw Bay Community College to play games, have free giveaways, and inform the community about the services they offer.
The Spring Fling is open to the entire community free of charge, but all information and activities will focus on families with young children.
The Start of Summer event is at the Niiwin Akeaa Campus Gym from 11:00a.m. to 2:00p.m this Saturday, April 22.
