Part of the Baraga County Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to promote small business leaders learning about new strategies. In a couple of weeks, the chamber will host the Small Business Administration of Michigan for a Small Business luncheon. During the event, local business owners and those interested in starting a small business can learn more about the SBAM, and how strategic partnerships can help grow a business. The Small Business Administration of Michigan works with various organizations as an SBAM strategic partner and assists with the success of SBAM benefits, events, products, services, and connections. SBAM CEO Brian Calley plans to attend the luncheon and also answer questions about small business legislation for consideration in Lansing. The event is free and open to the public. The SBAM Luncheon with the Baraga County Chamber of Commerce will take place on September 26th, at the chamber office in L’Anse at 11:30 am.
