Release and Remember: Community Butterfly Release

There will be community butterfly release in memory or honor of someone you love.

Purchase a Monarch butterfly for $10 per loved one, and if you are unable to attend the event, they’ll be released for you. The proceeds from each butterfly will go directly to the UP Health System Home Care & Hospice Portage fund to be used for hospice patients and their families in the 4-county area.

he event will begin at 10:30am, Saturday August 5th at the Kestner Waterfront Park, Chutes & Ladders. The butterflies are to be released at 11am.
