Families with a member who has a disability need support from the community to thrive. In December Family Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs will host the Upper Peninsula Virtual Health Resource Fair. During an hour-long session participants will learn about resources, services, and supports throughout the region sponsored through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services working with families and youth disabilities. The online program invites not just parents, and caregivers but professionals, providers, and community organization leaders to join the program. The webinar will begin at 11 am on December 17th.
