The Keweenaw County Search and Rescue team is asking for community support as they host a pork and raffle fundraiser at Mohawk Horizons School on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The team is looking for help to buy new equipment and training for crew members.
The meal will include barbecued pulled pork along with coleslaw, potato salad, and chips. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
The pork and raffle fundraiser tickets are available for $15 from search and rescue crew members, the Keweenaw County Sheriff’s Office, or Slim’s café in Mohawk and at the door on the day of the event.
