Participants Sought For “Attitudes Toward Technology” Study

Michigan Tech’s Safety, Technology and Attention Lab is conducting a research study focusing on how older residents view technology.

The study is called “Attitudes Toward Technology” and will be hosted by the Portage Lake District Library on Wednesday, May 2nd at 1pm and again at 2pm.

Michigan Tech is looking for people who are 55 or older who are either new to computers, a mid-level computer user, or a pro to fill out paper questionnaires.

Each participant will be paid $20 and each session will take about an hour.

Participants can choose which session they want to attend, and they are asked to arrive five minutes early.

Registration is not required.
