Melody Wagner Announces Intent to Run for the 109th District Seat as a Republican

Melody Wagner announces her intent to run as for the Republican primary nomination in the 109th district. Wagner recently announced her intent to run after an official campaign event in late May. Wagner will run in the 109th district, which now includes Baraga County. The Gwinn resident will run under the republican ticket. Facing Karl Bohnak, Burt Mason, and George Meister for the party’s nomination. Current Representative Jenn Hill faces her competition on the democrats side of the August Primary with Margaret Brumm, and Randy Girard also vying for the 109th district seat. Wagner earned a Criminal Justice Associate Degree from Mid State Technical College in Wisconsin in 2009.
