MakerFest 2024 Features More than Double the Innovators Tomorrow

The Superior FabLab returns with MakerFest 2024 at Houghton High School tomorrow. The full day of fun will celebrate creativity, innovation, and the community’s spirit. MakersFest immerses attendees in STEM-based creations and offers an opportunity to mingle with local STEM clubs. Tomorrow MakerFest will feature 21 unique innovators, more than double that in 2023. The Festival of Innovation and Science will also offer a competition that will highlight area tinkerers.

 Throughout the day attendees can also check out eight different STEM-focused and engaging presentations. The 857 SuperiorRoboworks robotics team will even show off skills that have the team ranked as a top 10 robotics team in the state by FIRST in Michigan. Makerfest will run from noon until 5 pm at the Houghton High School tomorrow.
