UPDATE: Stolen Lac La Belle SUV Located in Illinois

UPDATE January 4, 2024 – The Keweenaw County Sheriff’s office reports that the stolen vehicle was located in Lisle, Illinois. A suspect has been arrested.

The Keweenaw County Sheriff is investigating a stolen vehicle in Lac La Belle. Yesterday morning a Nissan Pathfinder SUV was reported stolen from Superior Street in Lac La Belle. The vehicle is described as a black 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with a white “Sayen’s” plate on the front bumper. The vehicle is registered with the license plate D-Q-W-O-7-3-6. The sheriff’s department reports that the driver may be an a34-year-old white male, standing 5 foot nine inches tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds with shoulder-length hair. Anyone with information regarding a stolen 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from Lac La Belle is asked to call the Keweenaw County Sheriff’s office at 906 337 0528.
