Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce Collecting Small Business Saturday Deals Until Next Week

A few holiday shopping deals are going on in the area with ladies’ nights in Houghton. But a more likely chance to catch some great gift savings for the holidays will come in just a couple of weeks. Small business Saturday in the copper country will include plenty of mom-and-pop shops from throughout the Keweenaw Peninsula. Ahead of a big day in the local economy, the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce will plan on putting together a coupon book for shoppers. But to put together a coupon book, the chamber will need to know what the deals are at many small businesses. Local outdoor outfitters, restaurants, and small businesses interested in taking part in the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Saturday in the Copper Country should contact Katie Schlief with the chamber.
