Keweenaw Brewfest Searching For Volunteers

July has been declared as Michigan Beer Month, which segue’s right into the ever-popular Keweenaw Brewfest. Tickets sell fast, and there are only a limited number. Brewfest will feature over 50 different breweries and over 200 beers, hard ciders, and seltzers. The full list will be available when you enter the event.

The event is still searching for volunteers, but shifts fill up quickly. As of today, there are still positions available as Beer Servers, Security, and Saturday Setup and Teardown teams. You must be 21 or older to volunteer, attend a one-hour volunteer orientation, and wear your volunteer shirt at the event.

Brewfest will only admit adults 21 and over, and the tickets get you a Keweenaw Brewfest wristband, a souvenir custom-made eco-friendly sampling cut, 12 tokens for beer, and live music. Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable if you cannot make it to the event which will happen rain or shine. Tickets purchased by August 5th will be mailed to the address specified in your contact information, and those bought after that date can be picked up at the entrance on the day of the event, which is August 19th.

Sign up to be a volunteer or purchase your tickets on the Keweenaw Brewfest website.
