The Keweenaw Area Community Foundation spreads funding throughout the Keweenaw Peninsula to support projects and programs organized by other area non-profits. Staring tomorrow, the Keweenaw Area Community Foundation will open applications for the group’s fall grants. Fall grant applications with the foundation will remain open until October 20th. When the foundation will begin to determine grant recipients.
This fall, the Keweenaw Area Community Foundation has made several grant programs available. The grant help support things such as youth hockey, environmental projects, the disabled community, and historic preservation.
