Jeremy Sorvisto has entered a plea agreement to charges in the January 6th insurrection. Sorvisto signed documents on August 30th agreeing to plead guilty to the charge of parading, demonstrating or picketing inside a capitol building. His plea deal was accepted on September 3rd by the U.S. Attorney’s office. The charge for Sorvisto carries a maximum of up to 6 months in jail and a $500 fine. Sorvisto was original charged with 4 misdemeanors for his actions at the U.S. Capitol in January. Sorvisto’s sentencing hearing is set for November 19th following an interview to review the events of January 6th.
