Michigan Technological University is a center for innovation and research among colleges and universities. Coming up in less than a month, the university’s Pavlis Honors College will celebrate innovation and entrepreneurship with Innovation Week 2024. During the week the conference will invite a panel of Michigan Tech students, faculty, and alumni to participate in discussions and presentations on several topics. To start the conference, Innovation Week will invite Orbion Technologies CEO and Co-founder Dr. Brad King as the opening keynote speaker. Other presentations during the week will include topics such as Impact Investing with John Soyring, the Bob Mark Business Model Pitch competition for graduate and undergraduate students, and presentations on the challenges of owning a startup-small business.
