Inclusive by Design with Ryan O’Connell Visits the Rozsa Center

Tonight American writer, director, LGBTQ and disability activist, and comedian Ryan O’Connell has been invited to share the Rozsa stage for his presentation Inclusive by Design. During the monologue, O’Connell will break down what systemic ableism is, discuss how to build inclusivity into spaces like classrooms and communities and talk about why representation matters more than ever. The event will be facilitated by O’Connell and Pavlis Honors College Manager of Global Engagement Programs Darnisha Morris. The event is free thanks to the Van Evera Memorial Endowment. The hour-long presentation will begin at 7:30 pm tonight at the Rozsa Center on Michigan Tech’s Campus.
