Houghton Sheriff Department Buys Stop Sticks

The Houghton Sheriff Department announced that they have recently purchased new stop sticks. They can be deployed in a vehicle pursuit, and allow the tires on the pursued car to be deflated. The tools were purchased with aid from donations from the community.
