Hancock will work with Kristine Weidner to sell the first five lots in the Business and Technology Park. The plan is to offer up lots 9, 11, 13, 17 and 18, three of which are near the front of the park and the other two are near the back. Each lot is close to 1.6 to 1.8 acres. Weidner met with OHM to go over market analysis. Lots at the airport and commercial lot sales were used for comparisons, to determine the lots starting prices. The city will collect letters of intent and sealed bids for lot purchases in the Business and Technology Park. Weidner will collect 7% commission, with a minimum $2,000 flat fee for her services.
