Irma Boyd from Nisu Bakery will speak at the City of Hancock Council Meeting tonight. The council will also receive a written communication from Patrick O’Keefe, who is acting as receiver for Finlandia University. The same latter received by the city was also delivered to many residents regarding the receivership process. O’Keefe will not be present at the meeting.
The administrative report will include information on on the Master Plan survey, Tire Recycling event, Citywide Cleanup, Finlandia, and the public hearing scheduled May 3 for the solar and wind ordinance.
In new Business, they will consider the approval of the Redevelopment Ready Community Technical Assistance Math Funding Grant for the Master Plan process. The meeting will take place tonight at 6:00 in the Hancock City Hall.
