Gogebic Community College announces the college will begin accepting post-secondary credit for Career and Technical Education. Recently Gogebic Community College announced it has officially been listed as a partner in the Michigan Statewide Post-secondary Credit agreements for career and technical education. The partnership for the college stems from work with the Gogebic–Ontonagon ISD and Copper Country ISD school districts. Post-secondary credit agreements seek to reduce duplication of coursework and ensure a smoother transition of credits between high school and college.GCC Interim Dean of Occupational Programs Karen Ball extended gratitude to leadership at the GOISD and CCISD for their assistance in making the partnership possible.
