Family Members Organize Golf Scramble in Support of Youth Hockey and Memory of Joel Tuoriniemi

After the death of their father, the family of Joel Tuoriniemi has organized a golf outing fundraiser in memory of Joel and to support local youth hockey. Tomorrow, the Joel Tuoriniemi Memorial Golf Out will invite community members to take part in a 2-person scramble 9-hole event. The cost per team is 80 dollars. Wyatt Tuoriniemi says that his father very much enjoyed a day on the course and all are welcome to join and share stories. The Joel Tuoriniemi Memorial golf scramble will raise proceeds to go toward the Calumet Youth Hockey fund. For more information please contact Wyatt Tuoriniemi at 906-369-4496. The scramble will begin at 2 pm, at the Sandy Pebbles Golf Course located at 3871 5 Mile Pt Rd in Ahmeek.
